Although the reception at clinica del mujer weren’t super helpful with my situation or understanding of English, the actual doctors and nurses were really great! As well as the security. They were kind, empathetic, they spoke english, and got me the answers I needed and helped me through my pain as best as I could without having me wait for a very long time at all.

Took my 3-year-old to pediatric emergency late at night. We were seen quickly, the pediatrician was thorough and diagnosed severe tonsillitis on the spot. Documentation (prescription and medical certificate) was ready within minutes. Staff was professional and some spoke basic English. Highly recommended for families in Bogotá.

I went to the ER and they made me wait 3 hours before calling on me. Once they checked me, the service was great but when it comes to the waiting time it was absurd

I was in clinica del country in bogota and the stuff was super helpful and nice. Most didn’t speak English but they would all help with translation I felt very comfortable
