Problem with communication, only one person speaks English, they send me back home even when I couldn’t step, without immobilize my knee. I was crying I was in pain and they just said “nothing we can do” just go home. They said if I wanted my knee immobilized I should go to the pharmacy and buy it. They were more worried about the payment rather me. It was a frustrating situation.
