Novus Integral Dentistry

The staff at the dentist place ‘Novis’ in Villarrica (Chile) was incredibly kind. I was having intens dentil pain and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. My dentist made sure we understood the root cause of the problem so he invited some collegues. Because my spanish wasn’t that good, they tried their best english to help me out. But most of all, ther were so patient with the language barrier, all my questions and the fact that i was asking for documentation for my insurence. Because there was a different system then i’m used to un Belgium, there was one thing i didn’t really inderstand. Bit the dentist gave me his name and said i could always contact him if i had a question. I felt helped, understood and cared for very well.
