Integramedica clinic in Santiago did a good job of treating my urgent case. Doctors spoke decent English and provided a treatment.

No one except for my two doctors spoke English. However, they were all kind and communicated using Google Translate. If you're not a Chilean citizen, it's not possible to get a ticket from the ticket dispensing machine to get in the queues at receptions at the different sections. The staff at each section needs to help you out to get in the queue. Learning some basic Spanish is recommended
