The standard of care observed during my visit was fundamentally unacceptable. Communication was a complete failure, as staff provided zero proactive information regarding treatment plans, next steps, or wait times, forcing patients to continually ask questions to track their own progress. Support systems were nonexistent, as requests for a necessary support person for grounding and comfort were denied. Furthermore, patient areas were grossly inadequate, with individuals placed in crowded, undignified sections near restrooms and exits, rather than being directed to a quiet, designated area. This lack of basic procedural transparency, personal support, and facility comfort represents a significant failure in compassionate patient management.
