The consultation with Dr. Simão Kagan was excellent. He takes the time needed to talk and really understand your concerns. After that, he goes over all the information discussed during the appointment and clearly explains the prescription. Before ending the consultation, he reads through the prescription and checks if you have any remaining questions. The appointment was held online, and he was punctual. During the week of the consultation, he also reached out to confirm the appointment, which I found very thoughtful and professional. I’m not sure about his English level since both the scheduling and the appointment were conducted in Portuguese.
