The staff at the Hospital was speaking great english, including the Nurse, the Doctor and some guy that helped us with the initial processing. Only the receptionist did not speak english. The hospital was nice, as it was a private hospital, for my simple case (getting medicine prescribed) there is not much more to say about it.
