Great doctors, very good imaging equipment and ER protocols. But a horrible staff of nurses! You'll die in pain before getting your medication in the ER or medication room if you're alone or can't get the attention of a passing doctor because most nurses show no empathy for your situation (even if you're crying from pain), and they couldn't care less to check the updated prescriptions on the computer. More than once I had my IV morphine shots delayed for over 1h30, and I only got them when the doctor came to check on me, and he was completely unaware I didn't receive the medication he prescribed 1h earlier.

Excellent doctors and facilities, but the nurses need to learn empathy and care for patients, as they took too long to bring my medications and couldn't care less when I said the pain was intensifying. They also have no protocols for patients with hyperalgesia.
