I recently visited Hospital de Olhos Santa Beatriz and had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Bernardo. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Bernardo was incredibly attentive and made me feel truly at ease, which is no small feat considering how anxious I usually get in medical environments. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend both the hospital and Dr. Bernardo for anyone in need of eye care—especially those who, like me, feel nervous about medical visits.
