Amazing service! Definitely recommend. English is limited but possible, Spanish is offered. Once you've seen the doctor, any imaging is done immediately and you go over it with the doctor right away. Most (if not all) medicine is free and immediate, even to foreigners/tourists. The service itself is also free. I waited four hours for a non-emergency issue.
