The payment process for private services, like the ones nomads would use it is a bit bureaucratic. Instead of doing some kinda of deposit on the entry or pre-authorization on a card, before the visit to each doctor or procedure like x-ray you need to pay in advance, that in case of severe emergencies it can be very scary. As doctor services and machines, it has very good doctor and very good machines.
