I had an excellent experience at Hospital Alemán. The customer service staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient in getting me admitted quickly. The dentist was equally professional and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. I was quite nervous because of the unexpected dental emergency, and the staff made me feel reassured and well cared for throughout the process. The service was excellent, compassionate, and very efficient. I am very grateful for the care I received.
