It was very easy to book an appointment online and I was able to be seen in under 24 hours. The facility was easy to find and very welcoming. The staff didn't speak English, but we got by with Google translate just fine. It was a short wait before I was taken back for general vitals (BP, pulse, temp) and they were totally fine with my partner coming back with me. The doctor spoke really good English and we communicated just fine. He was very in tune with my concerns and asked relevant questions. He requested blood work and I was taken over to another area for the blood draw. Again, the staff was super nice and made me feel very comfortable, even with zero English. They did a fabulous job and I'm grateful for their patients with me and helping me out. My total out of pocket cost to talk to the doctor and get blood work was around 17,000 yen or $112 usd. Highly recommend to other English speakers
